Her practice is, however, complementary to healing arts services that are licensed by the state. As such, MaryAnn Russell is a legal Alternative/Complementary Wellness consultant, in accordance with the California Business and Professions Code, Sections 2051, 2052, and 2053. She is not a licensed physician. Her methods are self-regulated and do not require state licensing.
